The management and team members of WSS personally know and recruit other specialists by personal recommendation or we recruit via a contracted specialist recruitment agency. WSS preference is to provide risk management services in developing regions and countries for which middle ranking ex-mlitary personnel are most suited to the Scope of Work and the typically austere conditions.
Guard Force Training & Management
The FSSJ’s approach is to identify the risk and threats facing the facility for which services are required, the likely duties and responsibilities of the guard force when deployed, the equipment and training necessary to carry out their duties, and the guard force manning levels needed to secure the facility.
